Job Description:
The Senior Strategy Associate will support the corporate strategy team by helping coordinate and drive internal innovation efforts. They will lead cross functional collaborations for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, take ownership of strategic outcomes, and will report to senior leadership on initiative progress, timelines, and milestone deliveries. They will be proactive in identifying bottlenecks & working collaboratively with the corporate strategy team to develop contingencies to overcome these bottlenecks.

What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end project management efforts to implement strategic directives
Define project scopes, timelines, and resource estimations for enterprise-wide programs
Convert high-level strategies into actionable projects and ensure effective program implementation that produces business value
Identify potential bottlenecks in strategy execution, recommend course corrections, prioritize project efforts, and escalate tradeoffs to senior leadership
Maintain accurate project schedules & documentation aligned with Pluralsight policies & procedures and proactively manage dependencies between teams to minimize delays
Deliver & present project reports to senior leadership that provide visibility into progress, risk, value delivered, and resource utilization
Lead ideation sessions and partner with cross-functional teams on organization-wide strategic initiatives
Manage lean process reviews & mapping exercises to drive operational efficiency
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience in innovation management, change management, and/or similar roles
Proven experience managing projects in an agile environment
Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence stakeholders across multiple business units
Proficiency with project management tools & software
Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry is a plus
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
6+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience
Travel: Ability to travel 4-6 times a year to meet for in-person sessions
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $129,000 - $161,200 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
