Job Description:
The Senior Strategy Analyst will support the corporate strategy team with market intelligence & analysis. They will work closely with the executive leadership and extended leadership teams to inform and support strategic decisions. They will maintain awareness of the industry, macroeconomic environment, and competitive landscape to inform Pluralsight’s strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do:
Conduct market research activities in support of the corporate strategy team
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product launches and identify opportunities & threats for Pluralsight
Analyze macroeconomic & industry trends to support strategy and forecasting efforts
Support the design of customer-facing surveys & analyze the results
Assist with market sizing & opportunity analyses
Conduct interviews with customers and industry experts to understand market needs & trends
Collaborate on data analysis & visualization efforts involving internal and external datasets
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience in market research or similar roles
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform large volumes of data into strategic insights
Ability to perform both quantitative & qualitative market research
Ability to navigate abstract projects and synthesize results for executive audiences
Experience with market research tools & methodologies
Proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience
Travel: Ability to travel 4-6 times a year to meet for in-person sessions
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $86,400 - $108,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
