About the Role
As a Senior Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager, you'll shape Attentive's data partnership strategy, building and growing complex relationships with the partners that sit at the core of a brand's data stack: data warehouses, CDPs, and identity solutions. These partnerships determine how effectively brands can activate their first-party data through Attentive, and you'll own the most important of them.
The role calls for close cross-functional work with product, sales, CS, services, marketing, and technical solutions. We're looking for a self-starter who moves quickly and delivers real results for our business and, above all, for our customers. You'll need a proven ability to manage executive-level relationships, align teams across the organization, and run go-to-market efforts that create measurable value for both Attentive and our partners.
What You’ll Accomplish
Partner Development & Relationships
- Develop and expand data partnerships that support Attentive's growth goals, align with product priorities, and improve customer outcomes
- Own the most important data partner relationships end to end, building trust at every level from working teams to the executive stakeholders
- Identify and stand up new partnerships, taking the lead from first conversation to launch
- Create joint business plans with shared goals, clear ownership, and success metrics, and use partner portfolio data to prioritize where you invest your time
Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market
- Define and run joint GTM strategies with partners that generate pipeline, accelerate co-selling, and open new revenue
- Work with Sales and Marketing on shared messaging, sales playbooks, and joint demand generation campaigns
- Partner with Client Strategy to apply alliance solutions that strengthen customer retention and expansion
- Lead enablement across Attentive and partner teams so joint value propositions are executed consistently, and champion partner wins and best practices internally
Product & Integration Alignment
- Work with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps with partner capabilities
- Prioritize new data integrations based on Attentive's growth goals, product vision, and customer feedback
- Shape Attentive's integration strategy by gathering input from the ISV ecosystem, spotting opportunities, and building the business case for new integrations
- Run partner launch campaigns that drive adoption and deliver clear business results
Your Expertise
- 7–10 years in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, with at least 5 years in technology partnerships
- Experience with data warehouse and CDP providers such as Snowflake and Databricks strongly preferred
- A track record of building and growing complex alliances, including executive alignment, joint GTM planning, and long-term relationship management
- Demonstrated revenue growth driven through partnerships
- Strong understanding of the martech and advertising data ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at every level, executives included
