Job DescriptionRole - Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:
- Purpose of Position Implement cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps best practices while contributing to real-world projects in a supportive environment.
- Support platform and engineering teams while exploring tools and processes critical to modern DevOps workflows with a specialization in AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Essential Functions: AWS Bedrock AgentCore DevOps Consulting and Implementation.
- Cloud Infrastructure Support: Assist in provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Help implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CLI.
- CI/CD Pipeline Support: Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Monitoring, Reliability & Troubleshooting: Support the team in monitoring, alerting, and documenting system health and reliability practices.
- Participate in troubleshooting and support efforts to maintain uptime and system reliability.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Help improve infrastructure and deployment documentation for better knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration & Learning: Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps professionals to understand and assist with day-to-day platform engineering tasks.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps.
- AWS Bedrock AgentCore , AWS Cloud Formation, DevOps - AWS (Strong).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Node, Java, Python, Bash, or similar through coursework or personal projects required.
- Specialization in AWS Bedrock AgentCore with a focus on DevOps.
- Familiarity with distributed version control systems such as Git required.
- Interest in cloud technologies, particularly AWS services such as Bedrock AgentCore, ECS, EC2, and Lambda required.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices required.
- Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards such as SOC 2 required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team required.
- Eagerness to contribute, ask questions, and hit the ground running with AWS Bedrock AgentCore in a collaborative engineering environment required.
