Job Summary

Responsible for developing and distributing marketing programs to enhance sponsorship and maximize advertising sales revenue. Develops promotional programs targeted at specific market segments. Develops presentations, presentation materials and pitches for the Sales force. Supports research on campaign effectiveness, tracking and reporting results to management. Implements assigned projects as directed and may assign tasks and provide leadership within the group. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and executes all promotional events and Ad Sales-related client functions, including production and distribution of printed materials, point-of-purchase displays, prize packages and scheduling of all on-air promotions.
  • Develops and distributes marketing campaigns, new advertising products and promotional programs targeted at specific market segments. Researches buyers' priorities and preferences in selected channels to customize marketing and promotional programs.
  • Collaborates with other key personnel to create promotional assets, develop promotional strategy for value-add services, align messaging and ensure tracking requirements are implemented for site promotions.
  • Develops presentations and pitches for the Sales force. Ensures that the Sales force has adequate materials and information to sell the benefits and features of specific products and programs.
  • Supports Sales team by providing training in promotional sales, distributing and explaining network promotions and traveling to client meetings to help present and sell promotional concepts.
  • May accompany Sales staff on selected calls to customers to assist Sales staff with marketing campaigns and if necessary, makes modifications to particular marketing programs.
  • Demonstrates clear expertise and in-depth working knowledge of all areas of the function.
  • Mentors and trains junior members of the staff.
  • Implements projects; assigns tasks and monitors project progression.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $81,487.40 - $122,231.10

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Bachelor's Degree
