  • Partner cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Product, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Executive teams to execute integrated communications plans.

  • Help ensure consistency and alignment across all internal, external, and executive channels.

Issues management and crisis communications

  • Manage incoming media inquiries and prepare company spokespeople for media engagements and interviews.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across global communications initiatives.

Sustainability and ESG communications

  • Partner with Legal, Investor Relations, and Sustainability teams to support ESG storytelling and reporting.

  • Assist in planning, writing, and coordinating the annual ESG report and related campaigns.

  • Contribute to proactive sustainability communications across owned and earned channels.

Team operations and alignment

  • Serve as a key support to the Corporate Communications team, helping coordinate campaigns, manage calendars, and maintain templates, dashboards, and playbooks.

  • Drive alignment across teams and regions to ensure communications contribute to a unified corporate narrative.

  • Track and report on communications performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of PR experience plus 3–5 years of proven experience managing crisis communications in a global, regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate media relations and communications.

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging digital and owned channels to enhance corporate storytelling, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives that align with corporate goals and strategy.
