The Role

As a Solutions Architect Manager at QuickNode, you’ll lead solution design across enterprise clients and channel partners, bridging our cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure with complex customer needs. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with strategic oversight to design scalable, impactful solutions that align with business goals across customer portfolios. This role requires balancing hands-on architectural leadership with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring QuickNode drives adoption, customer satisfaction, and growth across the Web3 ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and guide Solutions Architects in technical strategy, solution design, and client engagement.

  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to define architectural strategy for enterprise accounts and priority partnerships, ensuring scalable and repeatable approaches.

  • Oversee the design and validation of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demos, ensuring high-quality delivery while delegating execution appropriately.

  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets (e.g., reference architectures, toolkits, playbooks) to accelerate solutioning across the team.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, guiding root cause analysis and solution trade-offs.

  • Align closely with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap priorities based on recurring client needs and architectural insights.

  • Stay at the forefront of blockchain and infrastructure innovation, ensuring your team brings forward new approaches, technologies, and industry perspectives.

What You’ll Bring
  • 7–10 years of experience in software development, infrastructure, or solution architecture, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.

  • Proven success building and leading high-performing solution or architecture teams within blockchain, cloud, or infrastructure environments.

  • Strong technical foundation in programming (TypeScript, Go, Python, Rust), infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin).

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-optimized, and secure technical architectures.

  • Expertise in multi-chain interoperability, Layer 2 scaling, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security best practices.

  • Experience guiding teams through solution trade-offs, balancing innovation, feasibility, and client priorities.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions.

The US OTE range and level for this position are $234,000 - $260,000 per year and level M3. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
