Position Overview

Netwrix is seeking a Senior Solution Implementation Architect to design and deploy identity threat detection, data security posture management, and privileged access management solutions for enterprise customers.

You'll be an architect and trusted advisor—leading implementations from small, autonomous projects to large, multi-team engagements. You'll design custom integrations, build strategic automations, and transfer knowledge that empowers customers long-term. You'll also explore AI integration opportunities to enhance delivery and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implements Netwrix software in secure customer environments
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging technical expertise for successful deployments
  • Plans, designs, executes, and documents custom integrations and enhancements
  • Acquires, maintains, and expands subject matter expertise in Netwrix’s software and the broad array of platforms it helps to protect.
  • Embodies Netwrix’s values as an ambassador to Netwrix’s customers and prospects and ensures a successful delivery project leveraging Netwrix’s Deployment Methodology.
  • Works on projects of different sizes and complexities in parallel, some as part of a small delivery team and others with relative autonomy. Keeps project stakeholders proactively informed of agendas, progress, and outcomes.
  • Values organization, is team-oriented and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks based on deadlines and urgency/impact
  • Is energized by the challenge of planning, designing, building, executing, and perform knowledge transfer on custom reports, workflows, and integrations that enhance the value of the software for Netwrix’s customers
  • Stays abreast of advancements in artificial intelligence and explores practical opportunities to integrate AI technologies into professional services delivery, with the goal of enhancing customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Provides constructive feedback to the Netwrix product team in the form of feature suggestions to improve end user experience, qualified problem tickets related to issues encountered in the field, and feedback on internal preview releases during training and other retrospective opportunities.

Qualifications

  • B.A/B.S. and/or equivalent experience in software implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and SQL
  • Experience with logic/scripting/programming (especially PowerShell)
  • Expert knowledge of SharePoint, File Systems, LDAP-based directories, network protocols, cloud-based applications and environments
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions for customers’ Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) challenges; familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management solutions is a plus.
  • Privacy and security enthusiast with experience in data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA), optionally holds industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, MCSA, CompTIA )
  • Experience building and applying AI/ML-powered solutions to optimize technical implementations and client engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
