As a Senior Solution Architect are an integral part of the Customer Success Team delivering critical services to our customers. You own the technical relationship with assigned Strategic and Premium (if required) clients to support them throughout their partnership with TransUnion’s Global Fraud Solutions group. This includes consultations on solution architecture, onboarding support, technical troubleshooting and providing technical expertise for all of our Global Fraud Solution Group’s services and platforms for our strategic customers. You will be the customer’s trusted advisor and subject matter expert helping them understand our systems and take advantage of the technology.
In this role you lead customer technical engagements across a range of industries, types of projects, platforms, solution interfaces, and provide expert technical knowledge, support and troubleshooting for our solutions and platforms.
In addition, as a senior team member in this field you will collaborate in the development of appropriate integration manuals, training materials, and procedures; proactively seek ways for the solution architect team to improve its processes to enhance the customer experience, and provide value added services and provide sales engineering support as appropriate for the business development group.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development or related field and 7+ years of relevant work experience
Direct experience in product application integrations
Proven experience as a consultant.
Verified skills in a variety of web and software development technologies including but not limited to: REST/JSON, HTTP JavaScript, Web Services, XML, HTML5, SQL, PHP, C# and Java
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in diverse customer technical environments
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and challenges; consult with the customer to develop solutions to address these areas and effectively resolve technical issues using practical and imaginative methods
Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects, with competing priorities and delivering high quality software on schedule
Effective customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and balance thought with action while getting the most out of limited resources
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous customer challenges
Flexible work hours in order to accommodate special meeting requests, trainings and demonstrations for customers in different time zones
Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Availability for some overnight travel and on call rotation.
Ability to work and act independently.
We'd Love To See:
Fraud management or identity and access management experience
Understanding of Transunion’s Global Fraud Solutions services
Basic understand/familiarity with iOS and Android
Project management experience
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, or Japanese

Thought Leadership: You have strong advisory, consulting and interpersonal skills coupled with the deep technology skills needed to lead customer engagements and strategic client discussions in solution architecture and design projects to meet their technical objectives by providing best practices by proactively identifying and closing gaps.
Project Management: Work with Customer Success Advisors to deliver the largest and most complex initiatives and customer engagements. Apply strategic thinking and demonstrated expertise to understand technical requirements to support all phases of a customer project lifecycle to ensure successful technical project delivery.
Subject Matter Expertise: Provide specialized expertise for all technical and architecture related questions for the Global Fraud Solutions group and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and technology.
Problem Solving: You are a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues and urgent customer demands. Demonstrated strong analytical acumen to identify, triage, and recommend troubleshooting with software applications and able to decide and act without the total picture.
Influence: Represent the voice of the customer and manage the development of product initiative requests
Technical Support: Support all technical needs for the clients under your management to give customers a single point of contact for all issues related to our platforms and solutions. Support technical escalations as the subject matter expert.
Mentorship: As a Senior Solution Architect you are expected to not only have a tremendous impact in transforming our customers, but also have a leading role in mentoring and coaching junior teammates to engender effective contribution to TransUnion’s solutions.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
