THE POSITION
We are seeking a passionate and highly analytical Senior Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and thrives on solving complex problems. They are a natural process thinker with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in B2B SaaS implementations for enterprise clients in the financial services sector. As a senior leader, this individual will tackle the most complex problems for our clients, drive strategic initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, as well as mentor junior architects. A passion for game-changing process improvements, analytical thinking, and curiosity are key attributes that define their approach.
THE REQUIRED SKILLS
- 10+ years of experience in delivering B2B SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, particularly in financial services or related industries.
- Domain expertise in marketing, marketing operations, offer management, disclosure management, or similar areas.
- Consulting experience in the same domain.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in architecting and delivering large-scale, complex solutions.
- Proven ability to guide teams, mentor junior staff, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and business process analysis skills.
- Experience with data modeling and integration methodologies.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing requirements and priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messages for various audiences.
- A consultant mindset: committed to delivering significant client value and driving measurable outcomes.
- Thrives on solving complex problems with creativity and strategic thinking.
- Empathy and curiosity: thrives on understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions.

- Understanding of database design principles and experience creating scalable data models.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks.
