We are seeking highly skilled Senior Developers with strong expertise in monitoring production systems/support and applications to ensure high availability and performance with skill set - Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native development, Databricks, and Azure. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of independently delivering complex modules, collaborating closely with architects and leads, and ensuring high-quality, scalable engineering solutions.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production systems and applications to ensure high availability and performance
  • Respond to production incidents within defined SLAs and drive resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues
  • Escalate issues to appropriate engineering or vendor teams when required
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for production applications and services
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues
  • Support batch jobs, schedulers, and data pipelines; ensure successful daily operations
  • Validate fixes and coordinate deployments to production environments
  • Actively monitor alerts, logs, and dashboards to proactively detect issues
  • Improve system stability by identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Participate in on-call rotations and weekend or after-hours support as needed
  • Support production releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes
  • Validate change requests and ensure adherence to change management processes
  • Perform post-deployment verification and rollback support if required
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual operational tasks
  • Create or enhance monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms
  • Continuously improve incident response and operational processes
  • Maintain runbooks, and operational documentation
  • Document known issues, workaround procedures, and lessons learned
  • Share knowledge with team members to improve overall support efficiency
  • Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Provide clear production status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Participating in incident post-mortems and continuous improvement discussions
  • Ensure production support activities comply with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and implement required controls in production environments
  • Monitor production systems and applications to ensure high availability and performance
  • Using AI tools for incident triage, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Applying AI to log analysis, monitoring, and anomaly detection
  • Leveraging AI for automated alerts, diagnostics, and remediation support
  • Ensuring production stability and code quality using AI assisted insights
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Azure, Python,MicroServices, Kafka, API, Databricks
  • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud-native development
  • Experience with Databricks, SQL MI, and RDBMS platforms
  • Good understanding of Kafka and real-time data processing concepts
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows or end-to-end model integration (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in agile teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 7+ years of coding experience with one or more of the following languages: Java Stack, Beam, Spark, Microservices, Spring technologies with a willingness and ability to learn new ones
  • 7+ years of experience working with Oracle 11g, 12c, MySQL, NoSQL and Big data
  • 7+ years of Agile development experience and knowledge of Agile ceremonies and practices
  • 7+ years of experience with Unit Testing, Code Quality tools, CICD Technologies, Security and Container Technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Software Engineering
  • Experience working in a Cloud environment preferably Azure
  • Experience documenting test cases and functional requirements
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross functional team

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
