Job Summary:
The Senior Data & Integrations Engineer / Business Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integrations and migration solutions that support Equivant’s Northpointe Suite. This role works closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to gather and refine business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver stable, scalable solutions. The individual will leverage expertise in C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs to implement and modernize integration workflows, while ensuring alignment with product standards and customer needs. What You’ll DoPartner directly with customers to capture, refine, and translate requirements into clear integration designs and user stories.
Build robust integrations and data migrations using C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs (CSV, XML, structured pipelines).
Shape solutions and deliver them, guiding both the technical design and execution.
Represent equivant in technical discussions, spotting gaps and steering customers toward smart, sustainable outcomes.
Modernize and enhance legacy integrations for long-term stability and performance.
Explore and apply AI tools and techniques to accelerate and improve how we build.
5+ years of experience in backend development and systems integration.
Expertise in C#, Microsoft SQL, data mapping, and REST APIs.
Strong analytical and communication skills…you can bridge business and technical worlds with ease.
Experience distilling complex requirements into clear, actionable Jira stories or similar.
