  • We value thoughtful communication - written and verbal

  • We trust you to manage your time and priorities (no micromanagement here)

Our Interview Process

We respect your time and want to be transparent about our process:

Initial Conversation (45 min): Chat with our engineering manager about your background, professional experience, and what you're looking for.

Practical Evaluation: A take-home challenge (reasonable scope, we promise).

Team Interviews (3 hours): Meet with team members to dive deeper into technical skills, system design, and team fit.

Final Discussion (45 min): Connect with company leadership to address any remaining questions.

We aim to move quickly and provide feedback at each stage. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
