We enable our engineers to build and deploy cutting-edge solutions efficiently and reliably by providing the tools, platforms, and processes that reduce friction and improve productivity. Our mission is to lead initiatives that transform the software development lifecycle, empowering engineers to focus on delivering high-impact business outcomes.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Productivity team, you will:
- Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor for engineering teams, helping define and drive improvements in developer workflows and tooling.
- Consistently deliver high-quality solutions that measurably improve engineering efficiency and development velocity.
- Champion scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and modern deployment strategies.
- Drive engineering initiatives focused on eliminating bottlenecks, improving system reliability, and reducing time-to-production for new features.
- Balance technical trade-offs, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability in solution design.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering technical growth across the organization.
- Lead process and tooling improvements that directly impact developer experience, such as optimizing build systems, reducing test execution time, and enhancing observability.
- Influence engineering decisions by advocating for sound technical solutions that align with long-term business and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Deep expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go) and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Solid understanding of Git and modern Git workflows, along with strong Linux fundamentals.
- Ability to mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams on technical decisions.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying inefficiencies and driving end-to-end improvements in engineering workflows.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform preferred).
- Expertise in observability platforms and monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with advanced deployment strategies such as blue/green deployments and feature flagging.
- Prior experience leading cross-team productivity initiatives or platform engineering efforts.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,00-$210,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
