About the role
AgelessRx’s Senior Software Engineer, Acquisition will play a key role in accelerating user growth by designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support our marketing and customer acquisition efforts. You will contribute to the architecture and development of scalable, secure systems across the user journey—from landing pages to onboarding flows—while ensuring high standards of code quality through peer reviews and collaborative development.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure software solutions and be able to work in cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes.
What you'll do
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end systems for customer acquisition.
- Develop engaging, user-friendly front-end experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Manage back-end infrastructure, including databases, APIs, web servers, and cloud-based services, with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and QA teams to define the technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables for acquisition-focused features and campaigns.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and address bugs and technical issues in a timely and proactive manner.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met and to foster knowledge sharing among the team members.
- Communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, transforming product and performance data into actionable engineering decisions.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing code, processes, and systems that enhance customer acquisition by staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a full stack developer
- Proficiency with .NET, ASP.NET/MVC, JavaScript, C#
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, React, ORMs, Azure cloud services, and Git
- A working knowledge of design patterns, particularly CQRS
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a senior or lead software engineering role
