The Senior Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Fullsteam’s infrastructure and applications. We work closely with development, operations and Business Unit teams to build and maintain robust systems that support our business units across various domains.

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with hands-on experience in Cloudflare implementation, infrastructure automation, and cloud platform management. This role involves supporting deployments, troubleshooting, and optimizing operational procedures while leading Cloudflare integration across multiple business units.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support infrastructure and application engineering teams with deployments, troubleshooting, service requests, and change controls.
  • Analyze, develop, and improve operational procedures across Fullsteam’s Business Units.
  • Monitor logs daily, report findings, and implement remediation strategies.
  • Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Review merge requests and actively participate in change review processes.
  • Lead technical implementation of Cloudflare across multiple business units.
  • Design and configure DNS zones and records using Cloudflare DNS.
  • Set up and fine-tune Cloudflare WAF rules, firewall policies, and managed rulesets.
  • Implement SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management via Cloudflare and origin servers.
  • Automate Cloudflare configurations using Terraform, API, or IaC pipelines.
Skills & Competencies
  • Expertise in AWS or Azure with strong capabilities in the other platform.
  • Strong understanding of web traffic flows and HTTP/S protocols.
  • Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools such as Docker, ECS, EKS, AKS.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tooling including Jenkins, SVN, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket.
  • Experience designing and architecting infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Database management experience with MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, and Metabase.
  • Application performance monitoring and incident response.
  • Programming/scripting skills in BASH, Shell, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Motivated by challenging and innovative problems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • SSA-A or AZ-305 certification.
  • At least 6 years of experience managing database technologies.
  • At least 8 years of experience working with modern DevOps tooling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Cyber Security, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS SSA-P certification.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Cloudflare DNS, WAF, and SSL/TLS.
  • Experience with Cloudflare APIs or Terraform provider.
  • Knowledge of defense-in-depth, least-privileged, and secure-by-design principles.
  • Experience with Blue-Green deployments.
  • Understanding and experience maintaining a PCI DSS environment.
  • Experience building monitoring, logging, security, and scalability solutions on Azure or AWS.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role at a similarly sized company.
  • Active GitHub account with several years of consistent contributions.
