What impact you’ll make
As a Senior Services Commercial Leader of the ONW Sales and Commercial team, you will be an active contributor to securing de-risked and commercially competitive Services Agreements across the EMEA region and enabling Wind Equipment Orders by developing strong technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer KPIs and business growth objectives.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Ensure compliance with GEV commercial risk process (R-process) and provide technical, profitability, and commercial inputs at R-table meetings.

  • Lead negotiations of terms & conditions with customers for Service Contracts.

  • Develop, refresh, and draft contract templates for new products in collaboration with European Services Product Line, Risk, Sales, and other stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement of proposals to meet market needs efficiently, competitively, and leanly.

  • Mobilize and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product Line, Project Management) to execute transaction strategies.

  • Coordinate internal functions to ensure alignment during Service Contract sales and support Wind P&L financial goals.

  • Participate in quality initiatives to improve ITO processes, supporting metrics for orders, sales, risk, and margin.

  • Provide market feedback, support new product introductions, business planning, forecasting, and sales strategy.

  • Manage deals, customer outcomes, matrixed stakeholders, risk compliance, and maintain up-to-date GEV solution knowledge in Salesforce.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial, or Customer Service in the Energy or Wind industry.

  • Proven experience in customer specification review, proposal and contract development, and negotiation of equipment or service sales.

  • Strong commercial finance skills to build and analyze proformas, demonstrating investment returns over project lifecycles.

  • Demonstrated sales leadership and commercial operations skills, able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and build trust-based relationships with customers.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

What will make you stand out

  • Hands-on wind industry experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interface at all levels within GEV and with the customers

  • Fluent in German
