- Create scalable content operations through detailed briefs incorporating target keywords, user intent frameworks, competitive intelligence, and success metrics.
- Establish editorial governance systems including style guides, content templates, quality benchmarks, and publication workflows that ensure consistency at scale.
- Optimize content lifecycle management through systematic refresh cycles, historical optimization programs, and performance-based prioritization to maximize existing asset value.
- Collaborate with Engineering & Agency assets to scope, prioritize, and ship fixes.
- Editorial engine: stand up and manage a team of writers, editors, and SMEs. Create playbooks, briefs, style guides, and an editorial calendar. Maintain quality standards and a refresh cadence.
- Course program: plan, produce, and launch an online course. Define curriculum, SEO for course pages, and gated vs. ungated strategy aligned to lifecycle goals.
- LLM optimization: structure content for AI Overviews and SGE-like experiences with clear headings, FAQs, schema, answer-first summaries, and retrieval-friendly formatting.
- AI-assisted scale: deploy AI for ideation, clustering, briefs, first-draft generation, repurposing, and content QA using a human-in-the-loop process for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
- Measurement and reporting: track performance in GA4, Google Search Console, and BI tools such as Looker Studio. Report on traffic, rankings, conversions, content velocity, and technical health. Present insights and quarterly strategy updates.
