What you will do...
- Own security architecture across a product line, from design through authorization.
- Set security engineering standards and review designs against them.
- Lead assessment and remediation of complex findings spanning multiple teams.
- Advise on risk decisions and put them in terms the business and the customer can act on.
- Mentor engineers and raise the security bar across delivery teams.
Minimum qualifications...
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of security engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of security architecture for a system or product line.
- Deep experience with federal security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and RMF, including authorization processes.
- Hands-on cloud security experience (AWS, Azure or hybrid).
- Experience leading remediation across teams you do not directly manage.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).
Preferred qualifications...
- Experience on federal health IT programs.
- CISSP, CCSP or equivalent senior certification.
- HIPAA or health data privacy experience.
- Experience supporting or leading an ATO package.
- Container and Kubernetes security experience.
- Incident response leadership experience.
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe at scale.
