The Senior Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Senior Software Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We are seeking a highly accountable and innovative Senior Salesforce Engineer who thrives on solving complex business problems through technology. Beyond writing code, this individual serves as a strategic problem solver, trusted advisor, and platform expert who can connect business objectives with scalable Salesforce solutions.

The successful candidate demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless drive to deliver results. They take ownership of challenges from discovery through implementation, leveraging Salesforce technologies, integrations, automation, and data solutions to create meaningful business outcomes. This role requires someone who can operate independently, influence technical direction, make sound architectural decisions, and consistently execute in a fast-paced environment without requiring extensive oversight.

They are expected to identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. Rather than simply executing requirements, this engineer actively partners with stakeholders to understand root causes, anticipate future needs, and deliver solutions that create long-term value.

We value builders, innovators, critical thinkers, and owners who take pride in getting things done and delivering measurable impact.
