About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write scalable and maintainable Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL queries
• Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) with a focus on performance and user experience
• Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and External Services
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions within Salesforce
• Collaborate with admins, architects, and stakeholders to implement custom solutions
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across LWC, Apex, and integrations
• Follow best practices for version control, deployment, and testing
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and LWC enhancements
Required Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Asynchronous operations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP web services and integration patterns
• Familiar with Web Standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML)
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and custom metadata/configuration
• Version control systems like Git and deployment tools such as Change Sets, or SFDX CLI
• Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus (e.g., PD1, JavaScript Developer I)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
