Carabiner Group an SBI Growth Company, is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and process-driven Solution Architect to join our team. In this role you will solve complex business problems through technology, helping to create technological solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Internally, you’ll have an outsized impact on the direction of our firm through supporting the growth of our team via staff mentorship and technology ideation. Externally, you will support our enterprise sales motions as a trusted technical expert, process specialist, and business advisor. In a nutshell, in this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions and supporting development of technical resources on the team to ensure successful delivery of best practice solutions.  

Work you’ll do:

Technical Solutions & Architecture 

  • Ensure the client’s needs are met with clear and comprehensive technical designs 
  • Design and implement complex technical solutions on the Salesforce platform  
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives  
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and stay up to date with new features and capabilities 
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and other systems and data sources 
  • Engage in hands-on system configuration to ensure optimal setup 
  • Serve as the ultimate technical authority and escalation point for in-flight projects 

Leadership & Team Development 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other members of the team  
  • Ensure technical designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices  
  • Support development and refinement of RevOps product offerings  
  • Develop teams both on and offshore to deliver technical solutions in enterprise software delivery lifecycle motions 
  • Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability 
  • Contribute to the development of and adherence to DevOps standards and processes 

Business Strategy & Solution Design 

  • Engage with enterprise sales teams to support proposal generation, expert guidance, and RFP processes.  
  • Collaborate with technical resources to address complex requirements and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions  
  • Create technical documentation to capture business requirements and technology solutions 

What you’ll need:

Required:

  • 8+ years of enterprise software delivery experience. 
  • 5+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including leading complex projects involving customization and integrations. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform. 
  • Strong background in SalesTech, MarTech, CSTech platforms. Salesforce Expert is a must, HubSpot and adjacent technologies are helpful as well. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively to team members. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally. 
  • Experience in pre-sales activities and creating actionable project plans. 
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce System Architect, Data Architect, Platform Developer   
  • Proven ability to effectively design a solution that meets client business needs 
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team setting. 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience delivering solutions centered on Platform, CPQ, Pardot / Marketing, RevOps
  • Experience working with early-stage companies (SMBs) as well as enterprise companies, with a deep understanding of the specific challenges they face, along with experience and an understanding of the SaaS/tech/software industries.
