Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Locations: Houston/Boston/Colorado
Reports to: Senior Director Revenue Operations

A quick snapshot
Sales Operations strives to be the brain and the spine of the Sales team at Conga . We support our rapidly growing Sales organization by ensuring Sales has the insight, tools, and processes it needs to run effectively and efficiently.

You will be responsible for all aspects of sales operational development & support, including Sales Analytics, Strategy, Planning, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, and Reporting.

Here’s what we’re looking for…
Proven success partnering with sales leaders: With your 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, in the high growth Tech sector (preferably SaaS); and your deep understanding of sales models and processes, you easily partner with sales leaders to define business strategies and drive decisions through data & analysis.

Reporting: As a Salesforce master, you are competent in creating complex dashboards & reports, calculated fields and workflows. You manage the weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence, including QBRs, forecasting, planning, and opportunity management. You also report on the pipeline generation needs and variances for each team.

A good eye for data interpretation.  You are the type of person very comfortable with driving decisions through data & analysis - creating the analysis, influencing others, and you are able to articulate to other groups to achieve the immediate and mid-term requirements.

It’s a confidence that comes from experience. You are at ease with lively debate and your points are clear and concise. You are equally as respected for your knowledge and expertise as for your style and approach.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:
$89,460$143,140 USD
