We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:

  • Define, build, maintain, and improve our data, analytics, and reporting foundation and provide visibility and performance tracking to the business
  • Assist with all analyses, strategies, and deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences, including weekly metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Define/deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the Sales & Strategy organization (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic and operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, revenue, including training
  • Evaluate, improve, and manage key salesops processes and tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Highspot, CPQ etc.


What you will contribute:
You will be an integral member of our Sales Operations & Enablement team, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and supporting teams to determine strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence the alignment of all sales operations. The right candidate will quickly become a trusted operating partner and support to the Leadership team, and will ensure successful delivery of Sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, account assignments & process optimization. This role will report to the VP Sales Operations & Enablement, and drive sales effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales efficiency, lead generation optimization, and determine growth goals. This Sales Operations Analyst will drive performance, produce actionable reporting and analysis, and build enablement programs to partner with cross functional leadership to influence decision-making and results.
What you bring to Uplight:

  • 5+ years prior experience in sales operations for a high growth company, or operational experience in management consulting, SaaS, enterprise software/technology, or business insights / analytics roles.
  • Reporting and Record Management from lead creation through opportunity closure.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth periods.
  • Fluency with core operating metrics, including ROI, Conversion Ratios, and other Efficiency metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience providing data-driven recommendations to leadership for sound decision-making.
  • Ability to translate and communicate data and analysis into actionable metrics and insights
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator and CPQ administrator with technical implementation & operations experience.
  • Skilled in the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform with the ability to converge system capabilities with an optimal internal process to deliver end-to-end data intelligence needed to meet targets and drive growth.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute those solutions
  • A positive, energetic, responsive, and helpful attitude, while also being direct, concise, and pragmatic.
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and equip the business in a strategic manner, communicate big picture opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality that can thrive under pressure.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and are quick to learn and adopt new sales technology.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ platforms, Highspot, Pardot, etc. with expertise in leading Salesforce improvement efforts


Bonus points:

  • Experience in CPQ & CLM platforms, Highspot, Pardot, Gainsight, Mavenlink, BI tools, etc.
  • CPQ launch experience

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
