This team member is instrumental in organizing the sales and conference services team by coordinating schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant event information to the operations team to create a memorable experience. This individual acts decisively and seeks feedback but also has strong interpersonal and customer service skills. A true representation of the 'glue that binds' a team together.

Requested Tasks

  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner 
  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks such as expense reports, processing invoices, etc.
  • Assist sales and marketing team with a variety of internal and external tasks
  • Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details and coordinate with clients 
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
