As a first line Sales Manager you will be lead a team of mid-market Account Executives in selling the Supermetrics Marketing Intelligence Platform across multiple verticals. We are looking for a sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to enhance team performance and sales for our mid-market-focused Brand Team. This role works in partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Partners and HR, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is crucial. The candidate will be a results-driven individual capable of delivering significant business results & employee development. The Sales Leader is responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and meet individual team and organizational quotas.

This role is remote in the US and qualified candidates must be located in the Eastern time zone.   

In this role you will...

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to meet revenue targets by coaching, managing performance, and implementing strategic sales plans for mid-sized companies.
  • Hire, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to improve sales skills and product knowledge, and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, ensuring they meet monthly and quarterly revenue, pipeline, and quota attainment goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to support revenue growth within the mid-market segment.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide regular reporting on team and individual results.
  • Serve as an executive contact for key customer deals and participate in important negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with leaders in product, marketing, sales enablement, customer success, solution engineering and our partner teams to shape go-to-market strategies and support overall business objectives.

This position is for you if you have...

  • Demonstrated proficiency in software or SaaS sales, with a understanding of consultative and value-based selling
  • Sales Management Experience: Several years of sales management experience in a consistently evolving high-growth environment selling to marketing and or data leaders in mid market brands
  • High-level familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies and identify new market opportunities. 
  • Effective coaching skills to develop and motivate sales team members
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 
  • Clear communication skills to report on results and collaborate effectively with internal teams and key customers.

Pay Transparency Statement: Senior Sales Manager Base Salary: $125,000 - 150,000 USD annually. Total On-Target Earnings: $250,000  - $300,000 USD annually.  These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.based candidates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against sales targets. In addition to compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits, generous PTO, 401k with matching, options, tech package, home office and wifi stipend.
