One of our main projects is helping financial services brands (banking, investing, insurance, and more) reach the right audience at scale. To accelerate our expansion in the United States, we’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager who can sell our advertising and technology solutions to enterprise‑level clients across the finance space! :)

Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that grow ad‑sales and technology‑services revenue.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture high‑value client relationships (publishers, fintechs, banks, insurers, asset managers, agencies).
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to deliver outstanding campaign performance.

Requirements 📋

  • 3+ years of B2B sales success in advertising, martech, or related tech solutions (finance vertical strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to build executive‑level relationships and exceed revenue targets.
  • Self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
  • Existing network in financial services (banking, investing, insurance) highly desirable.
  • Experience in Public Relations or Investor Relations is a plus.

What to Expect 🚀

  • Uncapped commission on every dollar of booked revenue.
  • Monthly & quarterly bonuses after the probation period.
  • Annual / semi‑annual incentives (paid trips, additional PTO).
  • The chance to pitch game‑changing solutions to a network that already touches 95 % of financial‑publishing players.
  • Opportunities to partner with Fortune 500 companies in the Finance and Insurance verticals.

Our Recruitment Process 🔍

  1. First, you’ll fill out a short Google Form so we can learn about your background and goals.
  2. If there’s a match, you’ll have a video call with someone from our HR team to discuss your experience in more detail.
  3. Next, you’ll meet with one of our senior leaders and complete a brief DISC assessment to help us understand your working style.
  4. Finally, we’ll sit down together to review the full offer, including compensation, benefits, and day‑to‑day working arrangements! :)
