About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team

We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.

The B2B team in Europe is looking for a Director New Business, B2B Marketing (f/m/d). The goal is to help expand our B2B cross-sales initiatives across various divisions, especially in the US. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client relationships, strategy development, and international business growth.

You work primarily from Hamburg, with approx. 2 weeks per quarter spent in other Front Row offices (NYC, San Diego) to strengthen cross-location collaboration and improve B2B cross-sales processes.

If you’re ready to take on a challenging, strategic role with a global impact, we’d love to hear from you!

How would you spend your time if you join us?

You lead B2B Marketing sales processes for Front Row Europe through three main initiatives:

  • You collaborate with PE and VC companies from our partner network to identify portfolio companies in need of B2B marketing services.
  • You conduct outreach to SaaS companies using thought leadership content to build a relevant sales pipeline.
  • You drive cross-sale initiatives across the existing client base, focusing on companies with B2B marketing potential.

Additionally

  • You lead B2B Marketing Strategy Workshops as an entry point for new client relationships.
  • You manage other onboarding funnels such as audits and traffic concepts.
  • You ensure the rollout of new channel best practices—developed by our SMEs—through client outreach and workshop calls, together with the respective SME.
  • You contribute to all other components of the role across teams and regions.
Key Outcomes:
  • You generate at least 50% of the B2B sales pipeline through workshops, audits, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • You define scalable processes to effectively roll out new initiatives and offerings across the B2B team (e.g. new channels and tactics).
  • You sharpen our B2B service offering for eCommerce companies and drive cross-sales from US clients to the European team.
  • You act as the first point of contact for US-based B2B clients referred through PE/VC networks.
Requirements
Who Are You?
  • You have proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or a similar client-focused role within professional services. Experience in a digital marketing agency would be a plus.
  • You have a strong understanding of digital B2B marketing strategies and processes.
  • You can showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
  • You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You excel in building relationships, understanding customer pain points, and offering personalized advice or solutions.
  • You are super curious & have a drive to be good at what you do and constantly looking to improve and learn.
  • You are an analytical, contextual & critical thinker.
  • You thrive in an upbeat, deadline-driven and fast-growing environment and don’t mind working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are willing to travel, including time spent working in NYC and other global offices.
  • You speak fluent English (minimum C1).
