Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Sales & Supplier Development

Remote – Mexico

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

As Mexico continues to grow as a global near shoring and export manufacturing hub, we are expanding our commercial team.

We are hiring a Mexico-based Senior Sales Executive to develop relationships with:

  • Industrial manufacturers (machining, fabrication, plastics, EMS, contract manufacturing, maquiladoras)

  • Product companies and procurement teams sourcing manufacturing partners

This is a B2B consultative sales role focused on building long-term supplier and buyer relationships.


Key Responsibilities
Supplier Development
  • Prospect and onboard manufacturing suppliers across Mexico (Bajío, Monterrey, Northern Border, CDMX)

  • Understand capabilities, certifications (ISO, IATF, etc.), production capacity, and export readiness

  • Build long-term commercial relationships with plant managers, commercial directors, and owners

Buyer & Business Development
  • Engage engineering managers, procurement leaders, and supply chain teams

  • Help structure RFQs and sourcing needs

  • Match buyers with qualified suppliers from our network

  • Support early-stage commercial discussions

Pipeline Management
  • Build and manage your own book of business

  • Maintain CRM tracking and sales discipline

  • Drive deals from initial conversation to revenue generation



Requirements
  • 2–7+ years of B2B sales or industrial sales experience

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, supplier development, or procurement preferred

  • Comfortable selling to technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-driven and performance-oriented

Experience within Mexico’s manufacturing or export ecosystem is strongly preferred.
