About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team. As a Threat Intelligence focused Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing pre-sales technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our Identity based services and solutions to prospective clients, addressing technical questions, developing opportunities and assisting in the development of winning sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales executives throughout the sales cycle to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Threat Intelligence services and the competitive landscape.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business value propositions.
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients, including RFPs and RFIs.
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals and solution architectures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to provide feedback and improve our solutions.
- Deliver Workshops with prospects to help develop/identify new Identity based opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Threat Intelligence trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably in the SIEM Engineering.
- Strong understanding of SIEM Engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with various Threat Intelligence technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory services.
- Experience with Managed Services Solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
