We're looking for a Senior Sales Engineer, Commercial Banking to join our growth team. You'll serve as the technical bridge between prospects and our product, translating their commercial and business banking needs into Narmi solutions. You'll own the technical side of sales engagements end-to-end, demo our platform with confidence, and partner across teams to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Lead consultative conversations with financial institutions, assess their commercial and business banking capabilities and needs, and map Narmi’s product to their pain points and requirements
- Prepare and deliver tailored demos of Narmi and partner platforms, positioning commercial and business banking features and benefits clearly
- Liaise with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop solutions that grow revenue and solve customer problems
- Stay current on competitor and partner solutions in the consumer banking space, and articulate Narmi's differentiation
- Most importantly, you're relentless about using your product and technical knowledge to convey business value and addressing every question standing between a prospect and a Narmi sale.

- 8+ years in customer-facing roles
- 4+ years working in or closely with financial institutions, with demonstrated expertise in consumer banking operations
- 2+ years of enterprise B2B sales/presales experience
- Understand key industry trends, regulatory pressures, and operational challenges impacting banking and financial services organizations
- Maintain product knowledge of business and commercial banking products through collaboration with product owners and engagement in industry trends and events
- Excellent communicator with a strong in-room presence, you own the room and explain complex concepts clearly
- Track record of owning projects and working autonomously to achieve objectives, managing 5+ concurrent deals
- Experience with enterprise applications requiring deep configuration; mastery of basic web technologies
- Experience working with community financial institutions
- Prior experience with Narmi or other digital banking platforms
- Knowledge of commercial and business banking regulations
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 per year. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary and OTE, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
