Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving new business in the SMB and Mid-market segments, selling Introzy's Partner Relationship Management software to organizations looking to optimize their partner programs. Reporting directly to the President & COO, you will play a critical role in our revenue growth and market expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB and Mid-market accounts
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Introzy's value proposition to diverse stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, serving as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem best practices
Required: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quota
Required: Experience selling to SMB and Mid-market segments
Preferred: Experience selling Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software or related solutions (partner management, channel sales, ecosystem platforms)
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, or partnership strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Plus: Experience with AI sales tools
