Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Renewals (70–80%)
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue across DBJ’s offerings.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative solutions for branding, lead generation, recruitment, and thought leadership.
- Ensure consistent renewal and upsell performance through proactive engagement.
New Business Development (20–30%)
- Represent DBJ at high-profile networking events and industry functions.
- Identify and pursue high-potential prospects using DBJ’s proprietary tools.
- Close new business through solution-based selling across print, digital, and event platforms.
Sales Operations & Technology
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting via Salesforce and Power BI.
- Conduct 8–15 in-person or virtual sales meetings weekly.
- Deliver compelling presentations and follow-ups with precision and speed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with internal teams—Sales Development, Events, Customer Success, and Digital—to deliver white-glove service.
- Collaborate with peers across ACBJ markets to share best practices and drive innovation.
- Communicate regularly with leadership to share insights, challenges, and opportunities.

Preferred QualificationsExperience
- 6–8+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
- Detail-oriented with fluency in tools like Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Jira.
