  • Support integrations between Sage 300 and third-party applications, including add-ons and complementary solutions relevant to client needs.
  • Diagnose data integrity issues, system errors, and performance challenges with a structured, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and communication logs using internal systems.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client needs and opportunities for expanded services or solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the team's collective knowledge base.
  • Stay current with Sage 300 product releases, patches, and Sage partner program updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Sage 300 ERP experience (formerly Accpac).
  • Strong functional knowledge of core Sage 300 modules (GL, AP, AR, IC, OE, PO).
  • Demonstrated experience with Sage 300 implementations, upgrades, and client-facing support.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and the operational needs of finance teams.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical users.
  • Ability to work directly with clients via phone, video, and in person.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset built on integrity and proactive service.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sage 300 add-ons such as Sage CRM, Sage HRMS, Sage Fixed Assets, or Service Manager.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and/or Sage Intelligence Reporting.
  • Experience supporting clients in hospitality/hotel management, heavy equipment, construction, or multi-entity organizations.
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations with hospitality or financial platforms.
  • Sage 300 certification or Sage partner accreditation.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Competencies

  • Client Focus – Delivers exceptional, responsive support and builds lasting client trust.
  • Technical Mastery – Deep Sage 300 knowledge with the ability to solve complex, unfamiliar problems.
  • Communication – Clear, professional, and proactive — in writing and conversation.
