The Sr Revenue Systems & Automation Manager owns the technical foundation of our revenue stack. You will lead the design, administration, and optimization of our CRM and core GTM systems, with a focus on automation, integrations, and data governance. This role is responsible for making our systems fast, reliable, and scalable so that Sales, Marketing, and Founder Success can execute with confidence.

What you’ll do:

Technical leadership and mentorship

  • Serve as the technical lead for the RevOps systems pod, providing guidance on architecture, tooling, and best practices.

  • Mentor teammates working on CRM, automation, and integrations.

CRM administration and technical system management

  • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (and/or HubSpot) from an architecture and configuration standpoint.

  • Design and maintain objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automations aligned to GTM processes.

  • Ensure system changes are tested, documented, and released through a disciplined change management process.

Revenue tech stack optimization and integrations

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize integrations across our GTM stack (Salesforce/HubSpot, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, marketing automation, data warehouse, etc.).

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure integrations are reliable, well-documented, and aligned with data governance standards.

Traditional enrichment vendor management

  • Own relationships and configurations for enrichment and data quality tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead, StoreLeads, and other enrichment vendors).

  • Design and maintain enrichment workflows that support routing, scoring, and account assignment.

  • Monitor utilization, performance, and ROI of enrichment tools and make recommendations for improvements.

Advanced workflow automation and process optimization

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual GTM processes using no-code/low-code tools or native platform capabilities.

  • Design end-to-end workflows that reduce friction for reps while preserving data quality and observability.

  • Partner closely with the GTM Engineer / Clay-focused roles to ensure traditional automation and Clay-based programs work together.

System troubleshooting and integration support

  • Act as the escalation point for system issues affecting GTM execution.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working with vendors and internal teams as needed.

  • Propose long-term fixes and preventative measures to reduce recurring issues.

Data governance and workflow design

  • Define and enforce standards for data quality, naming conventions, and field usage across GTM systems.

  • Partner with Analytics/BI to ensure upstream system design supports downstream reporting and analysis.

  • Help design governance around user permissions, roles, and access to maintain system security and integrity.

Who you are:

Technical systems owner

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles, with deep hands-on CRM experience.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or HubSpot architecture and configuration.

Automation-minded

  • Track record of designing and maintaining scalable, reliable automations across GTM tools.

  • Comfortable with concepts like APIs, webhooks, and data sync patterns (you don’t need to write production code, but you understand how systems talk to each other).

Data and quality focused

  • Strong attention to data quality, reliability, and observability.

  • Familiar with data modeling for GTM entities (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, etc.).

Collaborative partner

  • Enjoys working with Sales, Marketing, FS, and Product to understand their needs and propose system solutions.

  • Communicates technical constraints and trade-offs in practical terms.

Nice to have:
  • Salesforce Admin or related certifications.

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech.

  • Exposure to data warehouses and reverse ETL tools.
