AllBooked is growing quickly, and we’re building out a world-class go-to-market engine. As part of that investment, we’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own all RevOps systems, automation, and tooling for the AllBooked business unit.
Role OverviewThis is a hands-on, technical RevOps role (80% builder, 20% strategy). You’ll be the direct RevOps owner for AllBooked, responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining the sales and marketing tech stack. You’ll report directly to the General Manager of AllBooked, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Skedda Workplace’s RevOps team.
We’re looking for a HubSpot expert and Zapier power user who can turn business requirements into clean, scalable workflows—quickly and independently.
What You’ll OwnCRM & Lifecycle Architecture (HubSpot)- Own HubSpot configuration, workflows, and data quality
- Build lifecycle stages, scoring, routing rules, and field structures
- Clean up duplicate or legacy CRM fields
- Build and maintain automations in Zapier, HubSpot, Stripe, PandaDoc, Intercom, RevenueHero, and Claap
- Set up basic API/webhook-based integrations (no engineering required)
- Replace manual processes with automated workflows
- Translate sales/marketing experiment ideas into system changes
- Add tracking, routing, fields, and workflows to support rapid testing
- Configure instrumentation for A/B and funnel experiments
- Create and maintain sales and marketing dashboards
- Ensure reliable data syncing between CRM and billing systems
- Build reports needed for GTM leaders
- Partner with Skedda Workplace’s RevOps team to maintain system consistency
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS to support day-to-day operations
- Hands-on builder with deep HubSpot experience
- Zapier power user; comfortable with webhooks and basic APIs
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing processes
- Fast, organized, detail-oriented executor
- Low-ego collaborator who enjoys supporting GTM teams
- Comfortable operating as a one-person RevOps team
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
- Expert-level HubSpot configuration and workflow building
- Strong automation/integration skills (Zapier required)
- Experience integrating CRM ↔ billing ↔ contracting tools
- SaaS experience required; SMB SaaS a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
