We're seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support our high-growth GTM organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing operations, combining analytical rigor with operational excellence to drive revenue performance.
You'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations and work closely with sales, marketing, and systems teams to optimize revenue processes and systems. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to understand current strategy and initiatives, create execution plans, and monitor performance. This role offers significant growth opportunities in a fast-paced Series D environment.
- Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in GTM efficiency
- Enhance revenue operations process documentation across all pillars (sales ops, systems ops, and marketing ops)
- Partner with sales leadership to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators and recommend improvements
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking for sales and GTM teams
- Support territory process and own account rules of engagement
- Support deal desk by troubleshooting CPQ issues and providing technical support to sales team
- Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives that impact systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements
- Audit monthly commission calculations across multiple sales roles and compensation plans
- Design and maintain quota allocation and assignment process
- Support compensation design to determine the metrics and targets that the teams within Sales are measured on
- Support marketing operations by helping to maintain data quality standards across marketing systems
- Develop real-time dashboard for marketing funnel metrics and ensure stakeholders are updated frequently
- Own PLG (product-led growth) data enrichment and maintenance process
- Use data-driven insights to identify new revenue opportunities
- 3+ years of revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce administration and reporting
- Understanding of sales compensation structures and processes
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Track record of managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
- Our compensation package includes equity and benefits in addition to salary.
