Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Location: United States, Remote

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will be pivotal to our company's success. You'll report to our VP of Revenue Operations and own the recurring, data-intensive engine that keeps the Revenue Operations function running, from bonus calculations to quota setting to capacity and forecast models, while also taking on ad hoc modeling for our biggest strategic questions. You'll partner closely with our GTM Ops & AI Transformation and Marketing Ops & GTM Engineering leadership, and work cross-functionally with Data & Analytics, FP&A, Commissions, HR, and Business Systems. Increasingly, this role will also mean building AI agents in Claude that let the broader Ops team run these analyses themselves: we're looking for someone excited to grow into that part of the job.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects; including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact
  • Own quarterly bonus payment calculations and rep quota setting and updates
  • Maintain and refine our capacity models, forecast algorithms, and product reporting, working with Data & Analytics and FP&A to keep methodology sound as the business changes.
  • Own weekly KPI pulls and builds the reporting tools and dashboards that operationalize and socialize key performance metrics for Revenue leadership (e.g. quota attainment, capacity utilization, forecast accuracy).
  • Lead ad hoc modeling for high-visibility initiatives, such as capacity modeling for new CSM engagement models and pricing & packaging impact analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and roll out.
  • Partner cross-functionally on key components of our annual planning process, including capacity modeling, target setting, and compensation plan design.
  • Build and maintain AI agents in Claude that give the rest of the Ops team self-serve access to recurring analyses and data, a growing part of this role; prior agent-building experience is a plus, but genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who live our core values every day, you will also have the opportunity to shape how a fast-growing revenue organization plans, pays, and forecasts: and to help pioneer what AI-assisted revenue operations looks like in practice. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a bias-towards-action, results-oriented, motivated and strategic operations professional who can collaborate cross-functional while remaining laser-focused on impacting our revenue numbers. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us scale in this next phase of rapid growth as a revenue organization.

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is the career path for you!

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft Revenue Operations team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming operations, business, and data analysts.

Values: Move as One, Evidence over Ego, Lead from the Front, Make Your Mark, Customer-Inspired.

The Revenue Operations team consists of operations, business, and data analysts with a drive to enable Salesloft to make better decisions. Our team shares a few common traits: they are accountable, unafraid to experiment, and continuously learning.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business/Data Analytics, or another relevant quantitative field
  • Looker/Tableau (data visualization) experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills: able to build and maintain complex, error-resistant spreadsheet models independently; SQL is a nice-to-have, not required, given our Snowflake agents handle most ad hoc data access
  • Track record of using data to transform business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with and communicate to all levels of Revenue team and also C-level executives
  • Experience building or using AI agents/tools (e.g. Claude) to automate recurring analyses is a plus, but not required; genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas and analytics so they are understandable to revenue leadership
  • Must be a self-starter, creative, high energy, and comfortable running an initiative in a start-up paced software company

At Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. We focus on culture add, not culture fit, and believe our teams are made stronger by the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities each person brings.
