Opportunity

Are you interested in joining an international team of AI experts to contribute as an expert in Machine Learning to our Speech Generation Technology and Products? Then this is an excellent opportunity for you!
We are looking for a passionate and creative candidate with a strong background in Machine Learning/Deep Learning who wants to contribute to our success.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Design and develop research initiatives in Text-to-Speech synthesis, driving innovation that bolsters naturalness, expressiveness, and efficiency of our AI models.
  • Contribute to model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Build prototypes and turn research code into stable pre-production software. 
  • Stay at the forefront of AI, monitoring and analyzing contemporary research.
  • Act as a participant in team conversations, contributing novel ideas to advance our SOTA.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help them integrate advanced TTS solutions into our products and services.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in AI and the ability to design and execute experiments to advance research objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies.
  • Eager to learn about the newest developments in AI and Speech and Language Technology. 
  • Deep understanding of AI models and architectures, such as LLMs, Diffusion models, GAN, etc.
  • Solid programming skills in python (C/C++ or other languages is a plus) 
  • Ability to work in an international cross-site team of experts. Being a team player and coach to interns and junior researchers. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. 

Preferred skills 

  • Knowledge of Text-to-Speech (TTS). 
  • Knowledge of speech processing algorithms, signal processing and natural language processing (NLP). 
  • Operational languages other than English.
