REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

This role is eligible for remote work. FRONTSTEPS is authorized to do business in AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, NC, OR, TX, SC, and WA. If you are not located in or able to work from a state where FRONTSTEPS is registered, we will not be able to consider you for this position.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Regional Account Executive position requires experience selling technology and/or other SaaS-based services over the phone, in person, and via web-based presentations. The Senior Regional Account Executive is responsible for hunting new business while managing and selling into an existing client book in their designated territory along with key national strategic accounts. The Senior Regional Account Executive must be skilled at balancing the needs of the business and the customer and managing the sales cycle from initial prospecting through implementation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Exceed KPI’s around call activity, prospecting, client meetings, and demonstrations
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Maintaining an accurate and realistic pipeline
  • Directly supervise offshore BDR reps
  • Assist the VP of Sales in performing the role of team lead, offering coaching and mentorship to Account Executives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in a designated territory
  • Occasionally assist team members with customers and prospects outside designated territory
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through implementation
  • Develop good rapport during the info-gathering process; work to understand customer needs and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service; successfully balance the needs of the business and the customer
  • Review pricing with new and existing customers and close new opportunities
  • Manage, organize, and update contacts in Salesforce 
  • Effectively utilize sales tools such as ZoomInfo and Engage.os
  • Generate leads and close deals
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures 
  • Available for travel in the designated territory 30% of the time
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and technology
  • Performs other duties as requested by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with PropTech, HOA’s and or Property Management companies
  • 5+ of related SaaS sales experience
  • Intermediate skills with Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred 
  • Experience as a team role model and player-coach demonstrating the rituals of a high-performing sales executive
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently 
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities
