The Opportunity
Deepgram is expanding our Talent Team and adding a full cycle Senior Recruiter to drive headcount growth and talent strategy. In this role, you will partner with various teams to fill a variety of roles with different levels of complexity that span across our Engineering, Go-To-Market and G&A functions. The ideal person will be experienced with and passionate about hiring and building both technical and non-technical teams. This is a unique opportunity to build hiring processes from scratch, partner closely with the business to create proactive sourcing strategies, and act as a thought partner to our business leaders to help them grow their teams in a mindful strategic way.
What you'll do
You'll own the recruiting process from inception through close for both technical (Product, Engineering, Research) and non-technical roles (GTM, G&A, Operations), ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way
You’ll work closely with our hiring teams to take a holistic approach in building each organization
You’ll work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on developing progressive sourcing and engagement strategies to develop a quality pipeline of talent
You’ll drive a goal of enabling the pipeline for diverse candidates in order to continue building an inclusive environment at Deepgram
You'll make informed data driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter owning processes and driving results
Ability to flex between highly technical hiring and business, go-to-market roles
Consultative approach to driving a skills based hiring process
Ability to create diverse pools of candidates through a combination of sourcing and in-bound talent
Optimize for efficiency while implementing best practices in talent management
Huge plus if you’re familiar with Ashby
