Job Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, GTM at Socure, you will leverage your experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a high-growth tech environment to partner with managers and leaders across the company, delivering strategic talent solutions for all business functions. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you'll design and execute sourcing strategies, provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to various Talent Acquisition initiatives—including employer branding, DEI, operational excellence, and process improvement. You will actively model Socure’s Leadership Competencies: effective communication, continuous learning, informed decision making, strategic execution, team growth, and resilient change management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-lifecycle recruiting for roles at all levels and functions, from early discovery through successful close.

  • Design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and qualify top talent using research, market insights, and creative outreach.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding business needs and aligning sourcing plans accordingly.

  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication, transparency, and a service-oriented approach.

  • Use structured recruiting methodologies, leverage ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), and drive best practices in pipeline management.

  • Continuously improve and streamline recruiting processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.

  • Support TA initiatives, including branding, documentation, diversity, team training, and ongoing programming.

  • Build a strong market presence and network, fostering relationships with industry professionals and high-potential candidates.

  • Model Socure’s Leadership Competency Framework by actively listening, engaging in two-way communication, supporting team development, and embracing feedback.

  • Embody flexibility and adaptability, proactively evolving recruiting practices to meet dynamic business needs.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to talent strategy, DEI, and talent planning efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • 5-8+ years’ experience leading recruitment searches across GTM

  • Expertise in structured recruiting methodologies, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), and various sourcing tools and channels.

  • Demonstrated project management and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to manage complex searches—tracking milestones, timelines, and outcomes throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Intellectual curiosity and drive for ongoing professional growth.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and integrity.

  • Experience interpreting recruiting analytics and leveraging data for evidence-based decisions.

  • Commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring practices; active support for Socure’s DEI initiatives.

  • Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing orientation with junior team members.
