Seeking a Senior React Native Developer to support product development for an employee engagement app, focusing on frontend ownership, React Native, and state management.
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join us as an in-house expert, supporting a fast-growing, international product development team for one of our key clients.
Project context:
The app is an all‑in‑one employee engagement and recognition platform, widely adopted in web and mobile form to boost culture, motivation, and performance, complete with pulse surveys, reward systems, team challenges, analytics dashboards.
What you need:
- Solid commercial experience with React Native (mobile-first mindset is crucial)
- Proficency with state management - redux
- Strong understanding of React.js
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality features independently - we’re looking for someone who can own the frontend side of things
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in agile environments
- English skill - at least B2 level
- Availability for full-time cooperation
Salary:
- 15 180 - 24 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract only)
