As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards across multiple projects. Integrated into our Mobile Native teams, you will lead testing efforts, shape quality processes, and make a significant impact from production to completion. In this role, you'll create and execute test plans, automate test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
What You'll Do
- Test complex customer self-service and back-office applications.
- Support solution customization and rollout for new platform clients.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify and communicate quality-related risks among project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to improve requirements quality.
- Write testing documentation: test plans, test cases, and checklists.
- Report and track the life cycle of discovered bugs.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience coding in modern languages like C#, Kotlin, or Swift, with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming.
- Proven ability to test native iOS and Android apps, RESTful APIs, and complex user flows across diverse devices and environments.
- Hands-on experience with mobile dev and debugging tools like Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, and Firebase.
- Skilled in designing test cases for full mobile journeys, from install to in-app purchase, and across varied network and OS conditions.
- Deep understanding of agile QA practices and sprint-based development, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks such as Espresso and XCTest, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
