Verisure is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Group Technology organization in Madrid (Spain). You will participate in the development and execution of our industrial vision and strategy and will manage our day-to-day industrial activities and projects.

This position will report to the Industrial Manager, himself reporting to the Head of Tech Portfolio Strategy and Central Quality.
Responsabilities
· Monitor production processes (Process quality control) and manage day-to-day activities of our industrial footprint and chemical partners. Main quality focus point between the supplier and our internal customers.
· Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures/guidelines. Run projects of continuous improvement or process improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
· Identify and troubleshoot any quality issues and work to resolve them efficiently together our partners
· Ensure our products meet specified quality and safety standards by conducting tests and inspections.
· Analyse and interpret test results to ensure compliance with quality product standards and requirements. Document and report testing procedures and results accurately
· Participate in the industrialization of new products together our R&D department and design and deploy design-for-testability and design-for-manufacturing processes to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently
· Prepare presentations for managerial sessions when required.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in chemical or industrial Engineering, or related field
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in Chemical manufacturing, Industrial Quality or related roles.
· Experience in a quality assurance role within the chemical industry,
· Familiarity with quality standards such ISO2859-1 sampling procedure for inspection and chemical safety regulations
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication and documentation skills
· Proficient in English
Desired Qualifications
· Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies knowledge
· Experience in mechanical and electrical manufacturing and assembly processes
· Implementation of NPI (new product introduction) process for the quality department
