Job Description
Are you a team-player who thrives on collaboration, organization, and creating meaningful experiences? As a Senior Project Specialist on the Global Workforce Innovation & Culture team, you'll be at the heart of shaping a workplace of belonging where employees feel connected, valued, and inspired. We are looking for someone to provide operational support to our Global Workforce Innovation and Culture team and play a pivotal role in bringing our People Pact to life for employees and customers in our headquarters office in Santa Clara, CA.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Business Impact

  • Operational Excellence - Support management of leadership development programs and partnerships with external organizations that advance workforce innovation and provide learning opportunities to ServiceNow employees. Create communications plans, amplify opportunities, engage participants, and support logistical operations to maximize impact of programs and partnerships for employees.
  • Data-Driven Actions - Monitor data and create quarterly reports to help measure and interpret the impact of the team's initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues across the Global Workforce Innovation & Culture team and broader HR teams to drive meaningful action plans based on data trends.


Cultivate Thriving Employee & Community Experiences

  • Foster a Culture of Belonging - Help launch a new Leadership Council in Santa Clara, operationalizing strategies to strengthen engagement for local employees, customers, and community.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with groups across the company including Communications, Global Impact, Workplace Services, Sales, and more to enhance in-office culture. Align internal and external experiences with ServiceNow's employer brand and build relationships with key external leaders and partners.
  • Bring Ideas to Life - Gather employee feedback and turn it into real workplace improvements that help people thrive.
  • Engage Customers & Communities - Develop engagement plans and represent ServiceNow at public and customer events.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • You're an organized, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys keeping projects on track
  • You have experience in program management, event management, communications, and/or people strategy
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience working with both employees and customers
  • You can work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and culture-building are top priorities
  • You can plan and implement change effectively
  • You have the ability to work in our headquarters office in Santa Clara, CA at least 3 days a week to foster connection and engagement. Occasional travel may be required.

JV20
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,600 - $169,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
