GLIDE is a premium digital agency entering a strategic expansion phase. With our new Director of Sales aggressively scaling our pipeline and our Client Success team focused on account growth, we need an elite Senior Project Manager & Delivery Strategist to own the execution.
This is a high-stakes role for an agency veteran who wants to guide high-value clients through their entire lifecycle with us—from the flawless execution of complex web builds to the ongoing management of continuous improvement and marketing retainers. We don’t hire “traffic cops.” We are an elite collective of industry experts. We need a leader who can operate autonomously, seamlessly translate client business goals into actionable roadmaps for our specialists, and bring process, discipline, and velocity to every engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Command the Lifecycle: Lead high-impact web design and development builds (100k+) from kickoff to launch, and stay with the client to manage their ongoing Continuous Improvement (CI) and digital marketing execution.
- Margin & Velocity: You are accountable for on-time delivery, managing complex technical scopes, and protecting margins.
- Strategic Delivery: Act as the operational strategist for your clients. While you aren’t responsible for upselling, you will partner closely with our specialists (SEO, PPC, UX) to ensure the work we are doing actually moves the needle on the client’s business goals.
- Own the “GLIDE Way”: Lead cross-functional teams of UX architects, designers, developers, and search specialists. You match the right vertical expertise to the right client requirements and keep the entire team rowing in the same direction.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Agency-Bred: 5+ years of proven project management experience in a digital agency. You understand the “Agency-Client” relationship and know how to manage scope, budgets, and timelines flawlessly.
- Strategic Thinker: You are not just a taskmaster. Like our best leads, you have a solid understanding of UX, CRO, and digital marketing (certifications like PMP, ScrumMaster, Google Analytics, or CXL are a massive plus).
- The Independent Operator: You do not need to be managed. You are an A-Player who continually impresses with output, handles client escalations with grace, and takes extreme ownership of your numbers.
- Tech-Forward: You are highly proficient in navigating modern tech stacks (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Asana) and leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster.
- Polished Communicator: You are comfortable leading high-stakes client meetings, navigating complex stakeholder feedback, and distilling technical concepts for C-suite leaders.
