The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in the United States to take ownership of projects with two of our most strategic accounts. You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder communication, delivery of quarterly objectives, and ensuring that each customer receives high-quality execution aligned with contractual commitments.
You will report directly to the Head of Programme Management (based in Ireland) and work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
What you'll be doing

- Drive end-to-end project planning and execution of quarterly deliverables, ensuring milestone achievement on time and to agreed quality standards.
- Build, manage, and communicate clear and transparent project plans, including timelines, risk registers, dependencies, resource allocation and status updates.
- Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and influence outcomes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships — proactively reporting status, issues, and risks; facilitating planning sessions and delivery reviews.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and help resolve disputes or scope questions with professionalism.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to continuously improve processes, outputs, and customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for customers internally, ensuring feedback is tracked and reflected in future planning or product priorities.
What we're looking for
- Experience: 4+ years in project or programme management, ideally within SaaS technology or enterprise software organisations.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and delivering complex workstreams for high-value clients.
- Methodology: Strong command of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and proven ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritise and report clearly in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing ambiguity.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
- Experience with Atlassian suite e.g Jira, Confluence, utilising AI to automate processes and Google Suite is a plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Why join us
- Purpose-driven work — contribute to products used by elite sports organisations and leagues.
- Collaborative culture — work with talented, passionate teams committed to excellence.
- Growth opportunities — expand your leadership and career path in a rapidly scaling technology business.
- Competitive compensation plus benefits package.
