Summary 

A Senior Project Manager at BOLD is a champion of ownership. They are someone who can align client requests with strategic and contextual solutions, and also thrives in executing the plan to deliver them. As part of the Delivery team under the Creative department, a Senior Project Manager is the operational heart of any account. The Senior Project Manager role at BOLD will be responsible for all projects under a specific group of clients, facilitating the resourcing, financial, and contractual elements of each job, along with the day-to-day management of project progression through to delivery. Working in close collaboration with the Client Service team, the Senior Project Manager is a key integrated partner, requiring someone who is experienced in working on projects that span across Artwork, Creative, Presentation, Digital, Video, Medical Illustrations and more.  

Moreover, the Senior Project Manager role will be able to provide strategic insight into each account they are responsible for. Illustrating the connection between various projects, initiatives, and goals, thus helping identify where account growth and client opportunities may be uncovered as a true omnichannel expert. As part of a growing yet experienced team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to showcase their expertise and demonstrate their ownership, whilst being open to change and the opportunity to learn new skills. 

Day to Day Responsibilities 

  • Ownership of all projects under a large-scale portfolio of clients
  • Program-level mapping of projects and their impacts on the business
  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities with existing clients, and collaborating on the strategy to unlock growth
  • Clearly and confidently able to explain and advise on the best methodology to deliver a project, and being comfortable on educating colleagues and clients on the benefits 
  • Producing project status reports, timelines, scopes of work, estimates, risk management logs, and financial tracking 
  •  Championing the correct deliverable type for the project across all departments, and ensuring that we are utilizing the best skill set possible for each work stream 
  • Comfortable in client-facing scenarios, including issue resolution and providing subject matter expertise while installing confidence with ownership of all moving parts 
  • Collaborating with your fellow Project Managers to secure the appropriate resource on each project, whilst minimizing impact on existing commitments 
  • Aligning with department leads for identification of resource to work on projects, alongside budget, timeline and project issue resolutions 
  • Mentoring and training more junior members of the Project Management team
  •  Ensuring each booked team member is aware of daily priorities and deliverables 
  • Daily alignment with UK and US team members to ensure smooth transition of work where applicable
  • Maintaining a positive environment, and installing confidence in the team by showing complete ownership and leadership throughout each deliverable
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery frameworks

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of Experience within a Creative and Digital agency environment
  • Experience directownership of Creative and Digital deliverables 
  • Confidence in leading different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks and tools (Kanban, SCRUM etc)
  • Attention to detail, quality control, and meticulous tracking skills
  • Forecasting and ability to feed into business-level goals and objectives
  • Experience in project management tools (Asana, Hive, Jira, Monday)
  • Collaborative in issue resolution and a team player
  • Documentation and process expertise at a program level 
  •  Excellent communication skills 
  • Positivity and open to change and growth
