Senior Project Manager
At Omnissa, our Professional Services Organization plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of
our global implementations. We are committed to helping our customers achieve their digital
strategy goals, guiding them from initial adoption to a fully operational solution.
We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager to join our expanding project
delivery team, focusing on End User Computing (EUC) products and services. In this role, you will
oversee the end-to-end management of customer-facing Professional Services projects. You will be
the primary contact for project activities and will have experience in managing virtual teams and
vendors as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of high-risk, high-complexity projects using
established Project Management methodologies and processes. Ensure smooth delivery,
project completion, customer satisfaction, and capture any intellectual property
developed.
Collaborate with operations analysts and resource managers to maintain accurate project
forecasting and system updates.
Manage project deliverables, resource scheduling, revenue tracking, partner work orders,
and cost tracking.
Coordinate with delivery resources for accurate and timely submission of timesheets and
weekly status reports.
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and meet all features, functionality,
revenue targets, and budget constraints.
Facilitate clear communication, manage change control, and conduct customer
satisfaction and project quality reviews.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of PM standards, processes, and best
practices.
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding the Omnissa Services catalog.
Ensure compliance with PM standards through effective risk management, issue
resolution, and scope control, adhering to the project change control process.
Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance
customer satisfaction.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Strong organizational, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of change management, risk management, and project initiation.
Proven ability to take initiative, assume ownership, and ensure successful project
outcomes while managing risks and dependencies.
